Mental Health Providers in The Woodlands, Texas

My daughter recently completed the IOP program at the Woodlands location of New Dimensions. Although it was a long and rough process sometimes, she and the rest of our family had great support from everyone, but especially from Isabella and Ayana, the teen treatment counselors. Without their personal attention and continued support, my daughter would not be making positive strides in her mental health journey. I would highly recommend NDD The Woodlands. If you have an open mind and REALLY want help, this is the place to go.

My psychiatrist recommended Pathlight during an especially challenging time and I was hesitant given past experiences. Pathlight is/was incredible- from the safe space/evnironmet they ensured to the incredible therapists (who also act like humans), to productive individual and family therapy options, to their continued support once you have discharged. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this facility! If you are going through a challenging time, or have tried the medication route without “improvement,” I cannot recommend Pathlight enough. I am super appreciative of all their attention, time, and energy shared with me, helping improve my understanding of my mental/physical health. Thank you all at The Woodlands location!

I have been coming here for over two years. I love the location and the peaceful pond out front. Waiting room is always quiet and lights are not bright. Everyone there seems great but i have only seen Shelley Mueller. She has helped me grow and has given me countless skills and confidence to tackle life. 10/10 recommend Shelley. Myra and Emily handle emails/scheduling and they have always been so kind and helpful to me. The first day I made my appointment, Myra helped me and was so patient with how shy and nervous I was and helped me with all of my questions about insurance. This was my first experience going to therapy and the resilience center made me feel right at home.
