I love the amazing staff at Helen Farabee. They are there because they care and want to make a positive change. Each and every one of them is wonderful in their own unique way. They all bring so much to the table! I had the great pleasure of having Dr.Crane as my Psychiatrist. Dr. Crane is an excellent doctor and he really took the time and care to find the best solution for me as an individual and something that would fit best for my life while taking my physical health into account as well. He is very personable and kind and professional. Helen Farabee is definitely so blessed to have him as well as the rest of everyone who works there. This place is spectacular! I Love You All! ❤️

This place quite literally saved my life. When I first arrived, I couldn't get myself to leave my room for the first 2 days (because I was so sick) but the staff worked really hard on getting me regulated on meds. I finally came out of my room, made a group of friends that I'll hold close for the rest of my life, and THE STAFF.... some of the most amazing people I think I'll ever meet. I went from refusing to talk to anyone, to a social butterfly in 29 days. I hope they know the difference they made in my life. I am myself again and it's all because of them. I seriously love each and everyone of them.

i’m rating this prison a 1 because lf how they treat family as that’s the only thing i can rate them on since i have not been here personally but just how family is being treated, it feels like patients are being treated like they’re in jail. but why is this facility’s staff so rude to family? my dad called when they finally picked up, the woman on the phone was just rude and gave us nothing. “can i speak to my wife (name) her number is xxxx.” and then the woman just says “ok” and hangs up. no explanation, no clear answer, won’t tell us how my mom is doing. completely unprofessional and rude. also, is there any reason for staff to hang up and never answer the phone? the rudeness of employees is making me worried about how they’re treating my mom. how can people trust staff to take care of their loved ones if they don’t even have the decency to be nice to them and give clear answers??
