This is one of the worst establishments. I was admitted due to a manic episode that was induced by the hospital. I had a kidney infection and two kidney stones that they did nothing about. They had a box of 10 crayons and nothing else for patients to do. The groups were a joke and they like to torture the patients by making their stay awful. People just tried to stay doped up and wouldn’t leave their room. There were only three nurses that actually gave a damn. They wouldn’t let me leave and kept lying to my support system so I was unable to go to residential recovery where I was treated like a human being.

I came to Hopkins Medical Association Bristol looking for help with addiction treatment and I’m really grateful I found them. The team was supportive and never made me feel judged. They explained my treatment options clearly and helped me start a medication-assisted treatment program that has made a huge difference in my life. The staff truly care about their patients and take the time to listen. I highly recommend Hopkins Medical Association Bristol if you need addiction treatment in the Bristol area.
