I would not recommend coming here. I’ve been a patient/client for almost a year. I’ve been through 4 “therapists” and 1 med management NP. Nothing against the therapists, but they aren’t very versatile and one of them told me to just think positively and I would stop having anxiety. Really, my biggest problems are with the receptionists. They’re disorganized. They never get back to me if I leave a voicemail. They had to take my name and number about two weeks ago because their system was down, and I was unable to schedule an appointment. They never got back to me. As someone who takes medications that need to be monitored, it’s important I have scheduled follow ups. I always had to schedule my own follow ups. No one ever reached out after appointments like the therapist/med management np said. It’s exhausting dealing with them. You can find better care elsewhere for sure. I’d avoid here at all costs.
