This place is a joke. Places like this is the reason why alot of people don't seek mental health treatment. There's way too many hoops to jump through. People making the 'rules' for this place are sitting in a nice office collecting a fat paycheck, as the clients or potential clients suffer. Another thing is that the Emporia office is consistently filthy. A guy is supposed to clean, but doesn't. Feces on the wall and light switch, and the kids area is ridiculously filthy. Public health hazard here. They were quick to put up plexiglass for covid, but don't even do routine cleaning a sanitation. As for the substance use classes, the literature is OUTDATED, big-time, and instead of pushing TOTAL abstinence, they have seemingly 'partnered' with MAT centers. The therapist is awesome, but ends after 12 sessions. This is WRONG! I've tried to reach the head people in the Petersburg office, but they can't even be bothered to return a call. In all honesty, this place needs to be shut down.
