I would give them a zero if had one.the lady at the front office is rude and needs to be replaced. I was told for a out of pocket visit just to refill my 8 medications because my other doctor left would be $80 dollars and when i went in for my appointment it jumped up to $130. I needed my medications so I had to pay it. The doctor only sent in prescriptions for 4 of my medications. When I called to fine out why the lady at the front desk was rude again and got a smart mouth. Took me about a week to just get the 4 prescriptions doctor called in because they said the doctor called them in and the pharmacy said they didn't receive them. Guess the doctor didn't think I needed the other 4 medications I been taking for year..also about 2 weeks after my appointment I got a statement from my old insurance company that I dropped about 3 months before my appointment why they wouldn't pay anything on my doctor visit. I guess $130 easy enough for my visit..safe to say I won't be going back to them
