Mental Health Providers in North Bend, Washington

Nobody ever answers the phones. First appointment was supposed to be a week ago. Got a call saying they needed to cancel and that the therapist would call to reschedule as soon as possible. Still haven't heard a word. I try calling and get nothing but voicemail recordings. The first time you go it's a 2 hour appointment with someone who wont be your therapist. Then you get scheduled with a therapist assigned to you and have to repeat everything you said at the 2 hour intake appointment. So far I'm very unimpressed and am looking in to another place to take my teen. Don't bother with this place if you actually need therapy because it seems as though you will just get pushed to the back burner.
