The office staff are completely rude and have no idea what they are doing and the same goes for the billing department. The counselors are also not properly trained at all have no idea what they are doing and a complete waste of time! They have no idea what. They are doing and don't have proper training and don't know how to help people exclamation. Mark the only good thing is that psychiatrist. The psychiatrist is wonderful otherwise every other part of this clinic is an absolute joke and a complete waste of time! If you want good counseling, then DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SEA MAR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IN OAK HARBOR WASHINGTON! THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME, UNTRAINED AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY! THE OFF STAFF AND BILLING PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THEIR ASS FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND, AND THE COUNSELORS ARE NO BETTER!!!! SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND TAX PAYERS MONEY!!!! SEA MAR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IN OAK HARBOR SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!! These people are so unprofessional and rude and they let the clients get in a relationship with the counselors how does that work? Isn't that against the law for the FCC? The counselors get into a relationship with their client that they're supposedly counseling when they secretly get in a relationship together? This place is an absolute joke and a waste of federal funds! These people need to be put out of business because they don't know how to run their type of office properly!!!!!

I like there approach to helping with my addiction, especially Denise Manly my counselor.
