I completed day treatment or the PHP day treatment back in 2014?! And I met some AMAZING people who I kept in contact with over the years. The program itself REALLY HELPED ME SO MUCH! it taught me MANY DIFFERENT TOOLS for anxiety and depression and also helped me become aware of the "warning signs" for when my depression was happening.

I was in the six week intensive outpatient group therapy program; and the experience was truly a blessing. The group leaders are knowledgeable and excellent at facilitating discussion and teaching coping skills. It was wonderful to be part of a group where everyone believes in Jesus and we can talk about our faith together. I am so thankful for this place! And their individual counselors and psychiatrists care about you and incorporate faith when they talk with you. I am really grateful for all the help I have received from Christian Family Solutions.

I took my adolescent in for help and Options did anything but help. She met the criteria to go to an adolescent inpatient treatment center where she'd get the help she needed since obviously whatever Options was doing definitely wasn't working. Options discharged from the program saying she was too high risk. High risk for what? She was going to be at another facility. My daughter's Social Worker and I were in shock they did this when there was an inpatient center willing to take her in and all costs would be covered. I would never recommend Options to anyone and I'm a former Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. I'd give a zero but this is not an option.
