I cannot recommend West Grove Clinic Appleton highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and respected. The environment is calm, clean, and truly focused on healing. The staff is professional yet warm, and everything feels organized and intentional. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ progress and well-being. A special shoutout to Maggie who has been absolutely outstanding throughout my experience. She brings a rare combination of empathy, insight, and professionalism to every session. I always feel heard without judgment, and she has helped me make real, meaningful progress. I’m incredibly grateful for her support.

Have been on hold, left multiple messages, with no help regarding billing issues. They never billed the secondary insurance for anything until after they had already taken co-pays at time of service, 8 months later a check shows up for reimbursement, great! Wrong. It was made out to the wrong person, but had the correct account number and address, have been waiting now almost a year for the check to be resent to me so I can cash it. Have been told multiple times it was in process and approved but again have yet to see the check. Their billing department (or lack there of) is terrible.
