Mental Health Providers in Watertown, Wisconsin

I love Lori Unger and her nurse(?) Kelly so much, which is where the two stars come from. If this review was solely based on their care, it would be a resounding 5 stars. However, this clinic is incredibly behind on their digital forms and it may be the reason I look elsewhere for care. I go through this every year where they potentially may revoke my medical care because I struggle with ADHD and I struggle to sign a physical piece of paper and mail it back and receive my care through telemedicine, so signing a piece of paper during an appointment isn't an option. They would send me an encrypted email in previous years, but now they took that option away. So now my ability to access necessary medical services is under threat yet again. This clinic just keeps introducing barriers to care and it's alarming. I try to be a nice and understanding patient most of the time, but I'm very sick of these barriers when every other clinic I've worked with has urged patients to go digital while this one keeps you in the 2000s. As someone in healthcare IT, I know that there are lots of options out there for digital delivery of HIPAA data, but this organization seems too cheap to invest in them to provide a positive experience for their patients.

Both my kids and I have our PCP here and every experience has been great. They are so friendly and work hard to get us in for last minute care when the kids need it.
