I stopped by on Thursday with severe tooth pain, hoping to get an appointment. They told me to call on Monday morning and sent me away with a business card. The website said they open at 7:00AM, so I called when they opened and the person told me they "wouldn't have those forms available until 11:00" and that I should call back then. I called back at 11:00 and they said their "new patient pool was filled because they were down by one provider." They could have told me that on my first visit. This is certainly not trauma-informed as they claim on their website.

Absolutely awful customer service. They told me my insurance covered my appointments and then sent a bill charging full price. Spoke with them and they said it was my fault. Do not trust them. They will do whatever it takes to get a new client
