Mental Health Providers in Kenosha, Wisconsin

Discharged in August. So three months ago. Originally I wanted to write a review right after I left, but I decided to wait a little while, and now I think it's the perfect time to finally write a review about this place.

The most misleading joke of the recovery system. Waited 2 months to see a psychologist and after filling out my life's history and signing legal documents of family history and my own lifetime story they finally tell me the dr is ready to seemed. They put me in this tiny room with a computer in my face and tell me to enter my name the dr will be with me shortly. All I can see on computer screen is a small picture of my face. Where's the dr? I want him to see all of me. My pain and suffering. I have a chronic illness. Disabled. Took every ounce of my energy to get there. They should be ashamed to call themselves a dr. Office. I walked out! Then this dr calls and says he is in Milwaukee! An hour north of me! Lies of omission are still lies. If I wasn't veto physically see a dr for hundreds of dollars I had the right to be told that! I apologize to my brothers and sisters trying to get sober. You deserve so much more! This place brings me to tears!

If you want to be bounced around from therapist to therapist this is your place to go, or more like intern to intern. Cuz they can't seem to keep people around I guess. I've seen 3 different people now in less than a year and I was with the same person prior for like 4 years til she switched her therapy styles. 10/10 do not recommend going here. Oh, and they never answer their phones and take forever to get back to you, or if they do they are not helpful at all. I loved this place until the last year and half where it has gone downhill. Find somewhere that actually cares about your mental health.
