Mental Health Providers in Rice Lake, Wisconsin

This place used to be good until recently. I went in about 6 months ago to get my teeth cleaned and mentioned my molar was hurting, mind you i had a root canal in this tooth. They said it’s fine and nothings wrong. Well a few months go by and my tooth start throbbing and my face swells up. I deal with it like that for a week before I could get into blackbear dental to get it pulled because northlakes didnt want to do it. Today I go in for another cleaning, this dental hygienist the only one they have was super rude. I told her I had my wisdom teeth removed a few years ago and I could feel something also see something popping up in the back on the right side. She got super snobby with me after that, then proceeded to say my insurance only covers cleaning once a year so I have to sign up for something to get it covered. I asked her why they would call and schedule an appointment knowing I can only get a cleaning once a year. She continued to be rude and went to the front to ask if I could get it covered through insurance because I’ve never had problems before. She came back and in a snobby way told me I could get my cleaning covered through insurance because. Okay? So why would you tell me in the first place I couldn’t? Anyways I told whr I want someone else to clean my teeth because she was rude. She said she was the only hygienist so started walking me back to the front and I expressed she was being super rude and when I did she had a little smirk on her face. It’s super unprofessional, like beyond. This place used to be the best but it’s going downhill now. Hopefully someone in charge reads this and does something about her.

Marie was the best. At first I was hesitant with trying therapy. When I warmed up to Marie I must say therapy changed my life. I felt like i knew her for my whole life. She always knew what to say. I miss her already. Thanks for seeing the light in me.

I've been to four VA clinics and tried non-VA clinics. This one has been my favorite. My primary Dr. and staff are helpful. They do everything they can and have helped with every health concern I had. I know they are also understaffed. My Doc is all business and I don't expect her to be fluff, she's there to take care of my health. I appreciate that, that's military grade. Get to know the staff, let them take care of you, and make sure to show you care for them.
