I would give this place negative stars if I could. We had been taking our daughter there for general anxiety--not court ordered, no CPS or legal involvement; we have an intact middle class family. My husband went along to a session to discuss possible interventions and I tried to call him to ask a question myself. He had his phone on silent and did not answer so I called the receptionist and asked to be put through. I was refused access by the receptionist--without justification (there are no legal concerns which would require that). The idea that a receptionist can make a unilateral decision like that is astounding. Our trust is totally broken and we will never return here. In fact, I don't think I'll ever trust another counselor with my minor children ever again.
