Mental Health Providers in Buckeye, Arizona

We’ve had the worst experience with them so far. First nobody at the front desk knows what insurances they take except for the manager. Nobody EVER answers the phone when you try to call them, even though there are 4 girls sitting at the front desk. We had to drive there to just schedule online appointment, which they rescheduled twice the day of, then they scheduled at 7am “by mistake?!” when the provider’s first appointment is at 8am. They scheduled it for few days later then and never sent the link to it. And never even apologize for what was going on!
