Therapist has forgetten/canceled over half of my sons appointments. When reported to the supervisor Erin responded with an inappropriate opinion on the scheduling. When contacting their manager they have so far refused to respond. If they got their act together could be a good place as the in person staff have been quite nice. Looking at other reviews im sure ill get the response to call them to resolve/discuss even though ive already tried the appropriate channels.
