I am currently a patient being treated at the Manchester, CT location of CBHA. I receive Spravato (esketamine) therapy in their clinical setting. The office is comfortable and warmly decorated. There are multiple treatment room options, a more private space for some and a more communal space for others. The Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Franza, who administers the treatment and monitors patients is wonderful. She has created a warm and nurturing environment where patients interact with each other and celebrate growth. There are a lot of little touches in the office to make it feel more at home. I've also interacted with Jolene and Jaime, who are both wonderful. Truly a great place for healing and growth.
