I’ve been trying with this place for the longest in the last 4-6 months. Today, I had an appointment and they lied to me about the time. My therapist (Jessica) was a complete joke in my opinion. Her Supervisor was no help and they honestly don’t care about their clients. It is all about numbers and money to them and I’m glad I’m moving on. This is THE LAST PLACE ANYONE SHOULD BE SEEKING ANY MENTAL HEALTH FROM! If you want to have a safe peace of mind, don’t even go by this place and find someone in the”Hartford Healthcare” organization. I hope this helps someone in the Windham area. I honestly feel like this place is a complete garbage.
