sadly… it is no longer the Willimantic CT Generation that it previously was. More than angry, disappointed... Before... I want to emphasize, I think that many or perhaps all of you agree that... as a patient when you are at the doctor you tend to take advantage of asking all the questions or doubts, fears that you already have. According to one, one is seeing a health professional and for that reason one visits him since he is called “Doctor”. Much more so when the patient is our CHILDREN... What a bad experience I had... I went to a follow-up appointment for my son with his pediatrician, everything was going well while he asked the questions and I answered him but... As a mother, I started asking all kinds of questions regarding my son and my doubts and concerns were not taken well by the doctor. I understand that they have other patients to attend to... but I think it is disrespectful for Doctor Oh. (pediatrician) will appear upset, make masks and rude voice and gestures, etc. while I continued asking my questions, it was disrespectful that he wanted to run out of the room while I was still talking and still had more questions to ask. As I said before, I know they have other patients, but that is no reason for disrespect.
