If you are a mental health patient suffering from anxiety, depression, adhd, this is NOT the place for you. They will send you straight to a deep depression stage, starting from not caring if you ran out of medication, they will not call in your prescription they will not follow up with you regardless how many calls you have made to them or emails you might of sent. If you are lucky and they decide to finally call in your prescription after a whole week, they will call the wrong dose. You will get worse with them, there is no sense of urgency, they do not care if you loose your life, they simply don't care. Since what they see is mental health patients, they don't take accountability for their wrong, they just put the blame on their patients because who going to believe that "crazy" person? They are just one more walk in clinic running scams for the money. They made an oath that they knew they will never honor. I will be filing a complaint to the state medical board and I encourage anyone that had issues with this clinic with extra charges that must be paid cash because they don't accept any FSA for "some" services, anyone that had an issue with prescription that THEY (clinic) recommend but don't send to the pharmacy and don't care how many times you call to ask them to please send the prescription to the pharmacy and anyone that they lower the dose without discussing it with the patient to reach out to the Florida State Medical Board and file a complaint as well. Mental Health patients are NOBODY, to these people, you will not be valued as a human being here, you will NOT find understanding or compassion here.
