I’ve been going to Mathers Recovery- Fox Lake~ now for almost 2 years. They are the most welcoming, caring, amazing individuals that dedicate their time to helping others. The one on one care is phenomenal, From the front Receptionists Who answer the phones, To the nurses, doctors and everybody in between, it’s truly a breath of fresh air to walk into. Just knowing They have your absolute best interest at heart and you’re not just dollar sign Is truly the most reassuring And comforting feeling. I did the methadone probgram for one year And I have continued to care through matters with my psychiatrist and my therapist. Both Lauren and Kristen are amazing! Lauren Is a psychiatrist who can prescribe medication there, And Kristen is the therapist she Specialize in domestic violence, sexual abuse Trauma, Substance abuse and so much more! This was the first place I sat down and I actually did not feel like I was having a therapy appointment. I felt like I was actually sitting down talking to someone Who has known me forever. Absolutely amazing staff over there! Highly highly highly recommend! They are understanding and they will help get you the help that you need it. They’re always there when no one else is!
