Mental Health Providers in Frankfort, Illinois

My provider I was seeing for over a year left the company unexpectedly. When she did, I instantly saw a change within the office staff. Very unprofessional, lack empathy, communication and lack of positive redirection on getting another provider within the company. They just threw me with anyone. (I gave it a try), I attended the appointment with the new provider and instantly felt a bad energy. I did not like anything about the appointment or provider. I reached out to the office via Spruce app and requested a new provider and a lady named Mary had the nerve to tell me I cannot switch my provider. WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME I CANNOT SEE SOMEONE ELSE WHEN I DO NOT LIKE THE CURRENT PROVIDER?!? Absolutely NOT ME. I wouldn't recommend Zoelife to anyone. Keep looking, you deserve better! Some companies just care about the money and not the people...... Just keep looking
