I almost got discouraged to come to this location due to their reviews but I gave this place a chance and the front desk ladies were super nice. The building is super clean. My son was seeing by Chari B and she was very patient, so sweet, knowledgeable and made sure everything she addressed all of our concerns and actually listened. We will definitely keep coming back. I definitely recommend you request Chari B.

The Link & Option Center is the Best non profit organization for mental health that I have ever experienced. They have an outstanding team who works endlessly to help you obtain every resource you need to get to where you are going. They provide Mental assessments, resources for the homeless and as well resources for rental assistance and basic necessity needs. When I met the Link & Option center as well as The Living room staff I was homeless with no job. The living room opened there center for me as a place to lay my head and get myself together. They allowed me to use there computers to fill out for job applications and rental units and as well they fed me every night. Within a day or two I was able to find a job. From there they connected me with beds plus who is helping me find shelter until I find an apartment on my own . Dr.Green and her team not only did all of those things for me they also out the kindness of there hearts booked me a hotel stay for one week with all expenses paid and breakfast included. Not only that they bought me brand new clothing as well as a beautiful duffle bag to transport my things. This staff has really touched my heart. For a person who was just sleeping on the cta redline I now have a job and weeks away from obtaining an apartment on top money for hotel & food and plenty of new clothes from the linking option center. Thank you so much Link & Option Center for everything you've done for me I truly love and appreciate you all. Thank you Dr.Green for building such a prestigious organization and staff.
