Mental Health Providers in Vienna, Illinois

Absolutely the lowest level of care one can get is at vienna rural health...I have two years worth of complaints but my mom is one of these people who just keeps taking and taking others Disrespect...BUT she is FINALLY done now!..My mom described this last visit as "TRAUMATIC!!" She kept saying it felt like it wasn't real.."all day i kept playing in my head what they did to me and asking myself , what did I do wrong!!!" She is 76..happiest person ever and today , this facility broke her spirit!! .she was repeatedly disregarded regarding my dad's Healthcare..A nurse literally told my mom to not raise her voice at her..my mom never raises her voice, my mom was addressing a concern for my father and was Being belittled by the people we trusted our fathers care too..they are horrific people!! Been a repeated pattern of dismissal, condensing explanations, reckless neglect under gauze of self appointed entitlement to themselves, which has been held over her and my Dad's head for YEARS!! My mom's a nurse, been married to my dad for 57 yrs, his primary caregiver BUT they make her feel 2 inches tall after most of their past visits...dismissing her voice and concerns....this last one was the breaking point!! This is truly the LAST STOP for any form of Healthcare!
