Today I received a letter in the mail from this place stating I would no longer be able to receive services do to missed appointments and lack of communication. Let me start off by saying I am livid! I started receiving services from this place in February of this year after losing a set of twins shortly after birth. They do a wide variety of screening to match you with someone that fits your case. I was very pleased with the person that they put me with. After a few sessions I was not able to make it do to my work schedule and called and explained this every single time. I would asked to be rescheduled and it didn't seem to be a problem. After a few sessions of finally being able to make it to my appointments all of a sudden when I showed up my therapist wouldn't be there and called off sick a few times , but no one bothered to inform me. Another scheduled appointment the therapist was on vacation and forgot to tell me. So at this point I'm frustrated from trying to accommodate my work schedule and my commute to get there. After this happened I called and left a voicemail stating I would not be coming back. I had showed up 3 times and was not seen because the therapist was out and no one notified me. Then after this I get a letter. I fell like they should hold themselves accountable instead of blaming the patient.
