The minute you walk-in the staff at the front desk are professional and friendly. They even take the time to get to know you by name. You can tell that everyone there cares about their clients and wants to help people. I just love my therapist. She makes me feel safe and validates my experience. It is challenging to find a good therapist, but you should try coming here.

Don't waste your time in this joke of a Jackson treatment center. Go somewhere, anywhere else! Brighton, where the staff is educated and caring, not Jackson, where the staff is worse than the clientele.

Carley is the worst. She will try to make you feel so small, and has no sympathy. When you're at a clinic like Lifeways, you're there to get help, not feel worse than you came in feeling. Only getting 2 stars because the rest of the staff is great.
