I left a 1 star review because in this type of field either your helping people or your not. In this case they were unable to help me. I was recommended for a 10 day treatment program and was there for 15 hours. Luckily I was voluntary so I could check myself out. This place needs a actually doctor. I checked myself out because they had me wait in a secured unit. I'm not the waiting type when it comes to people of things I'm not familiar with. You guys said all this amazing stuff about the program but not one was I moved to the program after being there for 15 hours

I would love to be the savior and add a 5 star review, unfortunately I can't be that guy. I can however say that there are more positives than other reviewers may lead you to believe. Yes, it is very disheartening with the amount of time it takes to get anything done here let alone get a straight forward answer however with some perseverance the wheels do slowly start turning. I have been able to fulfill my needs here on a regular basis, although I do still run into hiccups frequently. The staff turnover seems to be frequent so I can only imagine that lends itself to trying to run a smooth operation. It also seems a good portion of the staff is either jaded or indifferent to the patients, putting in the minimum effort to get through the day and making you feel like YOU are an inconvenience to them. There are a few that put in genuine effort, when you come across one of them hold on for dear life. The building itself is nice and well kept. I wish there were more good things i could say as for the most part they have addressed my needs but not without adding to my stress level significantly. My advice, come here long before it's a necessity, expect a drawn out wait period with unfounded resistance and fingers crossed they will produce results.

Absolutely horrible absolutely horrible. My daughter has been through five therapist and we cannot have one that is consistent. It’s kind of funny. Everyone is either on sickleave or they attend a couple sessions and then they are on vacation and my daughter is left hanging and this is terrible absolutely terrible. Who is somebody who is seeking mental health services for a child no less Absolutely unbelievable I have reached out to the supervisor and I received nothing.
