I really had a great experience at JC Center psychiatric care with nurse practitioner Patrina Allor. Three years ago I was going through quite a bad experience with anxiety and Patrina was the one they got me started on the right track dealing with this issue.

I came here for DBT group therapy and it was THE BEST experience I ever had in my life. This place and their therapists are so professional and take ALL of my concerns VERY seriously. I have never been suicidal again. I learned SO MUCH in just 1 year of time that I don't even go here anymore because my confidence, self-esteem, wisdom and outlook on life have changed dramatically. I now teach other people the wonderful skills of DBT myself. Instead of feeling unsafe, scared, lost and lifeless everyday, I now love myself, practice gratitude and I am seeing my whole world change for the better- I'm not being dramatic. They REALLY take their patience SERIOUSLY here, including our safety. They have many safety measures here to ensure other patients don't get hurt by others. They are amazingly responsive on the phone and follow up with every appointment remembering exactly where we left off. The DBT program here is SO GOOD that I don't even need a therapist anymore after having probably hundreds in the past. I can't recommend this place anymore. They even gave me a goody bag full of personalized items when I graduated my DBT.
