My son has been struggling for a long time with mental health issues and depression. Finally after a wait, got him in to be seen with Ashley Miller. I told her he was super forgetful and needed reminder text/calls before his tele med visits . She said that was fine. Never did remind him so he missed a few appointments, and she dropped him as a client because of it. Leaving my son to once again feel like people are untrustworthy and unreliable. Therapy has become a joke ! No wonder we see increasing suicides and breakdowns. They can't rely on these people to be there for them because they have memory issues. What good are they. Won't go through Nystrom again. Very disappointed. My son deserves better.

Dinithidevaadithiya-appuhamy is severely over-medicating our kid. She lets our kid pick which meds they want to be on and then titrates to the max dose. Our kid is numb and wants specific meds for weight loss instead of mood yet the doctor doesn't see through this. Parents have absolutely no input, just told what the plan is and if we disagree she would probably call DHS for medical neglect. Even the pharmacist was surprised at the dosage and medicine.
