Charlie at reception is the sweetest, and my therapist is the best!

Not the best first experience. I decided to use Doctor on Demand, as Mrs. Carrlson was a tad difficult. I also went in office and it ended up being a zoom call. Why couldn’t I have done that from the comfort of my home then?!? I gave her grace initially when she rescheduled our first appt, yet when I asked to switch a med that was affecting me in a negative manner, rather than switch it she requested another visit. Mind you it had already taken two weeks before I even got the med due to push back from insurance. So they switched it, ok. But to request another visit, naw sounds like she just wants those visit pay-outs rather than to be an advocate for true mental health. I should have been given the same grace I extended to her. So yeah, needless to say because of the pushback on changing my med due to adverse affects, I decided I was not comfy with her as my provider. Mind you, initial visit when I went in office was overwhelming. Lakeland had a loud lobby with music and lotsa talking and this. It can be alot when people are going through mental things, some are sound sensitive. I wouldn’t think a behavioral health clinic should have to be told this. Please be mindful. Make it welcoming and safe for all who enter. Thanks.
