When we needed help, North Star Behavioral was there. Navigating the road to recovery for our son was daunting , and confusing. Every person we spoke to was vested in helping us understand the admission process, and continued to guide our son on the path to healing and sobriety. They completely understood the need to apply for the insurance coverage our son qualified for as well. I've been going here since I was 14, and i wouldn't recommend anywhere else. The psychiatrists and psychologists listen well. I go to trauma therapy here and honestly it's been the best decision I've ever made. The place is always clean, the environment isn't overwhelming. The staff at the desks are always pleasant to deal with. It's just a nice place to go for my mental health needs.
