Mental Health Providers in Cranford, New Jersey

I wish I can give no stars tbh I guess this one is for Susan Murin she deserves all stars tbh. I’m mad this won’t take my complete review I guess it’s too long . Long story short. Diane Richardson is running the patients and clients and staff away . She rude ,snobby and inconsiderate both her and Dr.Gordon . Staff is disorganized I been a patient for years and they didn’t have no acknowledgement of who I was or what I’m diagnosed with . You can’t just treat anybody any way because you come across a person like myself who isn’t set up how them clients are there imma give you back the energy you give out . Understand my mental rather than judge a person. Thing is no one says anything so nothing gets done . Write that letter to the CEO more often express your concern and complaints . The ppl need to do more of what I’m doing and hopefully it would get some type of attention and they would eventually work on hiring better staff who can do their jobs appropriately and not let clients like myself do it for them . Been a client for years and they argued with me about MY diagnosis and medication that wasn’t working for me then discharged me from the program with no medication knowing I have psychogenic non-epileptic seizures I require anxiety medication to control my mood swings and so forth . Now if I had a seizure they would have been liable because you just don’t discharge patients with no meds cold turkey after years of use. DO BETTER AS A FACILITY AND AS A TEAM. I never met such a dysfunctional staff nd very much in competition within each other . Thanks for the call back Mr.CEO and office . At least a confirmation that you received my email would of been nice . A shame the hood has a better facility then Cranford and way more professional and organized. The glue to that place is Susan Murin . She’s the best thing I got out that program. She gave me the confidence to open up and actually speak. We need more ppl like her in that office. They need to close this place down I wish I would have send my disabled relative to this place I can just imagine what isn’t being seen or heard only they would know and unfortunately don’t have the ability to voice their concerns in the appropriate manner where it receives more attention. Over 5 years in that place and THEY don’t even know i was involved that long 😂 Susan should have definitely let you know what type of individual I am. I don’t tolerate disrespect and I’m very vocal and direct . When I feel disrespected I will go to all measures to let the appropriate personal know what and how their staff is conducting their self . So if you have any concerns I advise you to go into the hallway there is a bulletin board there with the information to the CEO office to file grievances or to file a complaint. At the end of the day you guys get paid not to judge but to help better us.

High Focus has been a tremendous help. The group therapy and the clinicians made me realize I’m not the only person going through issues. Even if the topic didn’t relate to me directly, I am still able to relate to the feedback given from either the clinicians or another member of the group.
