From my experience as the relative of an incarcerated person at greystone, its a terrible place. They run it like a prison. the communication is terrible, they rarely return your calls. The result of the lawsuit against the hospital and subsequent settlement, is to make it more strict for patients and to run it like a prison, only so they can avoid being sued. If you have a choice, keep your loved ones out of this terrible place.
