Best behavioral health center I've ever been in.If you have a choice of which mental hospital you're sent to, this is the one you want to pick. Most of the staff are very kind and attentive and they're passionate about what they do. The groups are fun and informative and include games, music, and yoga. I liked how the group leaders would talk about their own personal experiences. Throughout the day you have free access to the TV and to snacks and during the Superbowl they even ordered us snack packs from a fast food place. I appreciated being treated like a human being who was worthy of dignity and respect, and I wish the mental health industry in general would follow the lead of Hampton.
