This facility is a joke! The counselors tell each clients case to EVERYONE in the office, they make fun of people’s situation, they look family members up in jail sites, they dog the parents of kids. Your case is NOT confidential here! Would not take an animal here at alone a human!

If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would.

If you are "NOT" court ordered to complete a rehab program and are looking for a place to actually care and help you, forget about Cedar Ridge. My girlfriend was really struggling with a bad drug addiction that basically took her over and destroyed her life. We called this place to get help and I'm telling you they could care less. First you can never get a hold of anyone just an answering message. So we kept calling until we could talk to a person which finally happened. They directed us to Lynne and she actually went thru the over the phone intake form, great, we can get it his going. We'll that was it cause we could never get a phone call back even after calling back four days in a row and they acted like they knew nothing 5th day I called and wanted a supervisor number to see why we were ignored (mind you my girlfriend was in bad shape with this stuff) I was giving a number for Layla and go figure,Layla is never available,I left a message plus the four other days trying to get something started and never ,ever a return call. So I guess they could really care less about helping you when you're at your worst. Shame on this place. Btw,the msg on the voicemail says you can do an over the phone assessment and be in within 24 hours , this is day 6 without even a call. Save yourself and go to a facility that actually cares.
