Mental Health Providers in Maumee, Ohio

The nurses and staff are amazing. The only one I had an issue with was S. Gupta. My first time speaking to him was also my last. I waited till Dr. O’Connell was there which is my psychiatrist outside of there as well. Other than that like I said it’s a very good place. The groups are very nice and helpful. They take and listen to everything you say. Extremely caring.

Do NOT go to this place. The provider is a joke who doesn't listen to a word you say about the medication that works for you. Understand that once you are in there, good luck getting discharged even one day early. If you want to go home for whatever reason, you will have to AMA. When you AMA, you don't get your belongings for 72 hours (if you come back any later for them, they don't give it to you and they get donated), you get no phone call, and they walk you off the property. They do this so people can't leave and they get the full amount of insurance money. Place literally cares about money more than your wellbeing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have had several billing insurance issues with Vital Health with private insurance. The constant turnover in staff has been a major issue and the unprofessionalism of the counselors reaching out to me by text messages. I have tried to call many times to resolve issues and I am constantly ignored. They will not take the calls or return the calls. Not even a return call to get medications renewed that can't be missed.
