In my experience, the psychiatrist and case managers are actually top notch. You will get a lot of good out of them. The therapists are not equipped to handle any type of trauma based therapy or issues. They will give you the most generic answers and repeat what you said to back to you to make time go by. Lastly, the front desk is terribly rude and condescending. If you need a psychiatrist or case manager, this is your place. Therapy and customer service is truly trash.
