Mental Health Providers in Niles, Ohio

I have mixed feelings about New Day. While most of the staff was great, passing of meds was horrible. I went two days without getting my blood pressure medication. I was told it fell off my mar. Whatever that means? It was a constant issue. Also on my discharge day they could not find my backpack that I brought my things in. I had an uber waiting. So they told me to go so I didn't miss my ride. I've called to see if they ended up finding it or if they plan to reimburse me? Personal property must not be a priority. I haven't received a call back. While the recovery is great, there seems to be no organization or communication. I probably wouldn't recommend New Day Niles.

Terrible experience and never even made it to the building. This place was recommended by my children’s school district. I submitted their applications on February 2nd. Followed up on February 22nd for the second time. It’s May 2nd, still no appointments for mental health assessments. THEIR caseworker reached out to me asking when my kids were scheduled for assessments. After weeks of back and forth with her, still no appointment. I’ve left numerous messages with no call back. No one there seems to know what they’re doing. Incredibly unorganized.
