The receptionist intake lady is so unprofessional it’s quite unbelievable. 15 minutes into my sister’s therapy session she came in to stop the appointment because her card was blocked for the copay. Instead of letting her finish getting the therapy she so desperately needs, THEN figure out why her why her card was blocked, she physically interrupted her session to tell her she needs to leave because her card was declined? The bank blocked her card because they thought it was fraud. This could’ve been solved and payment could’ve been processed on that day, but she was forced to stop her session and leave.
