Mental Health Providers in Tiffin, Ohio

I am still at a loss for words at how horrible this place is. I truly believe they create hell on earth for their patients. My loved one was drastically worse after being admitted because they were repeatedly fed drugs that put them in a psychosis-like state. Thankfully, like others have stated, since we got them out, they are slowly starting to return to normal. I cannot imagine the horror of actually staying in this facility after being inside for a mere 30 minutes. It’s very obvious why they do not let you bring phones inside. Please read these reviews and reconsider letting someone you love enter their doors at all costs. My loved one was not fully bathed and left with a head full of knots. They didn’t know who I was, and were constantly hallucinating. None of these issues were present upon arrival. I’m heartbroken to know they had to endure this. I hope that someone with more time and resources can investigate them and bring more of this to light and help those who are still under their care.

I became my brother's guardian upon the death of our mother. I transferred his care to Firelands in Sandusky County. He has day treatment appointments 3 times per week. I can't say enough about this program. My brother enjoys his appointments, he is socializing, and his mood has improved. His Case Manager is Shari Fisher. Thank you!

Highlife has been incredibly influential in my success. Andrew and Jen are outstanding!! After being here for 2 years I can honestly say I had no idea that this place was going to be so important to my recovery, but it has made all the difference. Everyone is so understanding and supportive. It truly has become a second family to me. Between the groups and all the staff here they really make you feel like you belong and have a safe space.
