I am an RN that worked part time for this company for 2 years at their outpatient facility in Plano, Tx. Our nightime therapist had to take FMLA and I was told my job was temporarily on hold and that they would find me work elsewhere. I did not hear from anyone for over 3 months , so I filed for unemployment. Was then notified that I was terminated. Which is retaliation. In the two years that I worked here, we received no raises and they even randomly just took away my PTO after I received it for over a year and a half. Our facility in Plano had no security cameras at all. I worked alone at night with two other women and we repeatedly told them our safety concerns and need for cameras, still nothing. Work here if you want to make less money than when you started and if you want your safety at risk. They do not care about patients either, just making money and cutting corners.
