Mental Health Providers in Denton, Texas

I wish I could say our experience at UBH was positive, but unfortunately, it was anything but. As a parent, I put my trust in this facility to provide proper care for my child, but what happened instead was shocking and deeply disappointing.

I am a patient at Denton MHMR and while I was waiting in the lobby, I overheard a nurse talking politics with someone and introduced themself as Marissa or Melissa. The words I overheard were “let all these foreigners…” and while I did not hear the entire conversation, hearing those words made me uncomfortable. I believe it is truly unprofessional to be discussing politics in the workplace and considering that the people that work there must follow HIPPA regulations. I ask that someone please talk the nurse about it and let her know that this is not okay.
