Great program! Loved the group therapy and getting to hear from others experiences and how we were all able to connect. Loved my therapist Devan and how she helped me through so many different parts of my life. I will definitely remember this place forever and how it has helped me with my anxiety and depression, and the coping skills they have given me. Not only are the therapists amazing but the rest of the staff is amazing and welcoming as well, including the nurses, Isaac at the front desk, and the other staff members that help on your personal mental health journey. Our experience with BasePoint Academy has been truly life-changing for our family. From the very beginning, it was clear that the therapists genuinely care about the well-being of each child they work with. They took the time to understand my child as an individual, offering not just clinical support but real compassion, patience, and encouragement. Because of their dedication, I have seen such meaningful and positive changes in my child’s growth that I truly wasn’t sure was possible during such a difficult time( thank you Ms. Dom) The program itself is incredibly well-structured and supportive. BasePoint does an excellent job of meeting students where they are, both emotionally and academically. The combination of a strong treatment program alongside a built-in school component made a huge difference, allowing my child to continue learning while also focusing on healing. During a time that could have felt overwhelming and isolating, BasePoint created an environment that felt safe, structured, and hopeful. I am deeply grateful for the way they support not just the students, but the entire family. I also want to express my sincere appreciation for the transportation team. The young woman who transported my child each day was absolutely wonderful. She was consistently communicative, reliable, and kind, which gave me so much peace of mind as a parent. More importantly, she formed a genuine connection with my child. He was initially very upset and resistant about attending the program, but her warmth, positivity, and engaging personality helped ease his anxiety. Over time, she played a meaningful role in helping him feel more comfortable and even willing to go each day, which made a tremendous difference in his overall experience.(thank you Ms. Kam) I cannot thank BasePoint Academy enough for the care, dedication, and support they have shown our family.
