My father has been going to this treatment center since the beginning of January. These last 2 to 3 months has not been easy for him. His health has been declining to the point where he found out that he has cancer, we have been reaching out as a family to see how we can get him early released for medical leave to get the proper care that he needs? This facility staff has been neglecting my dad’s Health, and missing all of his doctor’s appointments and he can’t take medication that’s he actually needs. My father will ask if they will contact , the emergency for an ambulance to pick him up. They will disregard his right as patient and get mad if family call 911 for emergency to pick him up and take him to the hospital because he’s not feeling well. Dealing with heart failure, cancer, and fluid causing his feet to swell and now has blood clots in chest because they refused to get him medical attention. Family had to contact them emergency services again because of these issues continue to get neglected. It’s unfortunate that visitors can’t see their loved ones to help with treatment is devastating. My father not perfect when it comes down to justice system but he’s definitely human being that’s love by his kids, grandkids, family & friends that will support him through the process. I honestly don’t want my father health get worse before we can actually get help. I pray someone signs off for medical leave soon.
