Doesn’t make sense for them to tell you over the phone that they do labs for Tomball. Only to get here to wait about 30min to be called back only for them to say “oh I’m sorry we don’t do Tomball labs”. Smfh this shit got my mad I could’ve just went to my initial appointment in Tomball instead of waiting for this bs. Some shit just get old. Please do better and don’t have ppl just dry sitting and waiting or even better keep everyone on the same page information wise.
