First appointment was 45 minutes late. Second appointment I was there over an hour before finally leaving. Could never get my refund for the second appointment that never happened. I genuinely tried several times and finally just gave up. Session was constantly interrupted so she could get onto the “trained” therapy dog. The dogs are the only positive experience I had. Just very unprofessional and considering people are there for help, could be more conscientious of the added stress they bring.

Scheduled an appointment for a diagnosis for autism which they said was a service provided after driving an hour to their location and then waiting another hour i was then informed that was in fact not a service they provide. Giant waste of time would not recommend mental health services from an outfit that does NOT listen to their patients.
