Unless you're detained against your will and have no choice because you were brought here I would highly suggest not checking yourself in voluntarily. If you are brought here against your will and are former military ask to be placed in the 1 East wing as your experience will be much better than the straight jacket wings of this "hospital" (it is not a hospital it is one step up from jail). Some of the nurses and technicians are the nicest people I've come across, Devon and Miss Faye are wonderful people, Dr. Marcus Forbes is a great guy as well. But overall this is not a treatment facility it is a business and they will extend your stay to make more money off you if you have insurance. A lot of the people that had no insurance were in and out of this place but the ones that had insurance were usually extended. Most of the gym equipment was not in working order and if you're diabetic the only choice for a beverage that wasn't loaded with sugar was water. Sleep is extremely hard as they do not turn off the hallway lights and leave your door open as to check in on you every 15 minutes. Most of the day is sitting around watching the only TV available, however they allow you to log in to netflix or other subscription services if you have them. Your experience here is not therapeutic but more like passing time until they allow you to leave. Depending on where you are placed and who you are placed with your experience will vary from horrible to tolerable. I will say I came out of here with a bunch of new friends. Avoid at all costs if possible. If you are detained against your will plan on being very very cold if you don't have a sweatshirt or long pants as the place is freezing. There is no option to drink coffee.

This place aids in human trafficking done by local social services. They will lie in court and they mishandle records and private information. The building is infested with bugs and is extremely filthy, probably a big reason alot of therapy is done "in home". The therapists are very rude and handle clients with disabilities with disrespect and roughly. Avoid avoid avoid, this place should be shut down. Multiple reports and violations.
