The ADRC office, particularly the employee Kathy Spence has got to be one of the most unfriendly, unprofessional, and uninformed state workers I’ve ever encountered. Her communication style is flat. No personality whatsoever. She isn’t well informed on ADRC benefits and gives vague and incomplete information. I’m telling you, when this lady retires the whole place will improve. I don’t recommend calling her for information whatsoever. You’d be better off using Google. I can’t be the only one who thinks this lady is awful.
