Red Oak Counseling is a great place. The front desk staff are very nice and easy to work with. The newly renovated place is very welcoming and accommodating to say the least. At Red Oak counseling I have had the pleasure of working with Heidi Conto. Not only has she been very flexible with my appointment times, more importantly she is compassionate, easy to talk with, and very knowledgeable in her profession. She is very easy-going and adapts to any conversation and does a tremendous job of relating those conversations - she is very well versed. She puts you at ease no matter the situation. She has not only helped me directly but she has given me skills and strategies so that I can help myself. My family and I are very lucky to have Heidi in our corner.

Well, today I had my first appointment with a therapist today and, I must say, we are a perfect match!!! She is just who I needed to help me get through this very difficult time. Couldn't be happier! Dr. Jim Winston did it again!
