Mental Health Providers in Menasha, Wisconsin

I’m giving two stars because it’s a convenient location and I did get a lot of help from the second therapist that I had without getting into too much detail. Several of the student therapist are very disrespectful along with the front desk very nosy and disrespectful when you make a phone call I missed a phone appointment and I was blamed because I was a phone appointment. The receptionist became very nasty and that was not my first time that I had an issue with their Front Desk. They have almost elderly receptionist that are very rude at times When my main therapist left to go to a different location that was convenient for me the next therapist I got did not help with that in combination of the Front Desk being rude. I chose to terminate my services.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. When I first tried to get into this clinic, I called and was told, at least twice, that I would get a call back. No one called back. On the 3rd attempt, I was told that I needed a referral, which would have been helpful to know on the first call, since waiting to see my primary and then getting an appointment with behavioral health was expected to take quite some time. This delayed my ability to get my medications filled, which my primary refused to fill in the interim.
